Can someone please help me how to add audiobooks.
Do I put them in Audio section?
How to create in Categories?

These are all relation to ebooks not audio.
Therefore I am not sure where to start.
I think I need to put another category into Audio section just not sure

Tag your audiobooks as "Audiobook" or something similar.
After that create new library view: Audio -> Add Library View -> Artist with small thumbnails (or something else you like).
After you created new library view modify that view: Customize View -> Settings -> Included files -> Set rules for file display -> Rules -> Genre - is any -> Audiobooks (or what ever you have tagged your audiobooks).
Now you have new view with rules dispaying audifiles tagged only as "Audiobook".
You can also add keywords and descriptions in to your audiobook files (Alt+Enter) if you want to find something but don't quite remember author's or books name, style etc.
Also with audiobooks I suggest linking each books audiofiles so that they don't accidentally randomly play out of order: Select one audiobook -> select all files of that book and right click Library Tools -> Link tracks.

Right click on top of that new library view you created and select "Rename".

Maybe audiofiles are corrupted or not recognized by Media Center (unknown file format). Or maybe they are write protected (read only), that prevents you from tagging them.
If new library view doesn't work put genre tags, keywords and descriptions in to your audiobook files (Alt+Enter), those help you filter audiobooks from others.
