Title: Pixelation in all video playback on Media Center 27

I am experiencing pixelation, as if I'm playing a DVD on a 4K projector, on all source material I'm playing (4k, 2k, 3D, etc.).  When I play the same sources on MPC-HC or VLC, there is no pixelation.  I prefer JRiver and would like this to be fixed.  I use MadVr with MPC-HC and JRiver.  I have a highend computer and highend 4k projector.  Please help!

Can you post MadVR OSD (press ctrl+J while movie is playing) ... that will give something to go on with
