Title: How to convert 2496 to Redbook - help with Settings please

Hello, I require some of my HiRes 2496 format music flacs in Redbook format.
I am going to copy some flacs to a device with an SD Card with limited space (256GB)
Please tell me the settings to Convert and achieve a nice quality copy.
