Title: Cannot play DVD .IFO file on JRiver 28

I tried to play some of the DVD .IFO file, but an error message "Something went wrong with playback" and "Details: Failed to open or parse file. (hr=0x80004005)" were shown. I have no problem in playing the DVD .IFO file on JRiver 27. I would like to know how I can play it.
