Title: Right-click menu for Pane items sometimes shows only Clear Selection

In most of my Library Views, right-clicking on an item in the Panes panel (an Album, for example) shows a list of actions that include Add to Playing Now, Rename, and Send To. But in some views, the list shows just Clear Selection and Clear Selection for All Panes. Is there a setting I can change on these views to get the full list of actions from right-clicking?
