Title: JRiver Cloudplay / Radio

Hello,

on August 5th I bought a monthly subsribtion for JRiver Cloudplay via Paypal. After the payment there was a problem with JRiver's "after payment landing page". Unfortunately I didn't receive any confimation email. Now the system does not recognize my email address.

Cloudplay isn't subscription based and it's actually listener supported by donations which is what the monthly PayPal thing is for. Donating doesn't create a CloudPlay account, give you a JRiver Media Center license or anything like that, that's something you'd have to do yourself.
