Title: How to exclude certain styles of music - help please
Post by: MusicBringer on August 16, 2021, 03:50:56 pm
With a Library of 100k+ tracks I have some artists that do not appeal to me, yet they are popular with the family. For example Disco or BritPop.
I wish to segregate these types of artists so they do not appear in my playlists. Christmas songs are another example of stuff I want excluded.
Any ideas please...

Can you add a rule to your playlists?
e.g. [Media Type]=[Audio] -[Genre]=[Disco],[BritPop]

Thanks Richard,
Its Styles I wish to exclude rather than genres.
So would your idea work as:
[Media Type]=[Audio] -[Style]=[Disco],[BritPop] ❓

It should do.
