Title: deleted empty folder after using rename, move and copy

An empty music folder seems to have disappeared (not in recycle) after I used the rename, move and copy to move all files out of the folder.  Is there an option I am missing that deletes/doesn't delete empty folders?

Yes.  The options page has a search window.
