Title: About mp3 bit rate during DLNA transcoding

When transcoding DLNA, the mp3 setting is low mid high. Is the specific bit rate written in either?
I looked for it but couldn't find it. teach me please.

MP3_BITRATE_LOW 128
MP3_BITRATE_MEDIUM 192
MP3_BITRATE_HIGH 320
These are all CBR so a length can be pre-calculated.
