...has started asking me to log in. Are the user name and password the same as for JRiver proper?
I'm using the Opera browser and when I ask to reset password the page doesn't display properly and I can't change the password.
Seems a simple task but I'm finding it extremely frustrating.

Cloudplay has its own login and password. You need to register for it.
