Good day
i have had JRemote 2 for a while on my Android device,& recently switched to an Ipad 8th gen
because my eyes need a larger screen. No no way can I navigate on that cell screen with these old eyes.
Do I have to purchase Jremote2 again for the Ipad,or can I somehow use my infos from my original purchase to use on my Ipad?
It is 13.99 if I search on Ipad store and 9.99 if I search on apple store on a Windows tablet
Cheers

JRemote and JRemote2 are separate products, separate licenses.
JRemote for iOS should be $9.98. It runs on the iPhone and iPad.

Cheers mate
i had no idea they were 2 different products
The price difference I am seeing is likely because my Ipad store is Canadian funds, and my windows tablet is USD
I am in Canada
Just one more thing that is vital, can I control my JRiver on PC with JRemote on Ipad?
Cheers

To answer my own question,i went ahead and purchased JRemote for Ipad, and YES it can see and control JRiver on a PC
My eyes are thanking me for such a large screen :)
Still no browse audio by DISK tho, only video. That is a shame.i so wish that option would be added
Can I assume that if my PC & JRiver is on, and I am away from home, that I can connect to my PC/JRiver and play my music? Or is that another app? Or just not possible?
Cheers

To access outside your network you'll need to open (via port forwarding) the port(s) you're using for MC's media network.

Is there yet a way to browse to the hard drive like I am able to on JRiver itself?
That would be a game-changer for me

Don't believe so, unfortunately.
