While I have auto-import settings saved, I occasionally manually force importation (using the same settings), because I want to have access to new music now.
I went to invoke this from MC client (Win10 desktop): Tools>Import>Run Auto Import, but the "Import" option is disabled (grayed out). Well, I run my client connected to an Id Classic, so I ran my remote desktop to access the server, and the whole "Tools" menu is missing! Did a quick Option 12 ("Check for Updates") on the server, and got the new 28.0.66 update for the client, but no fix for this odd state.
Anyone know what's up? :-\

One "work around" I've created after much of the same frustration:
You can trigger a Server auto import from ANY (windows) machine on the network, using a simple desktop shortcut:
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:52199/MCWS/v1/Control/MCC?Command=23020
(the xxx is the IP address of the Server)
Double click the shortcut, a browser window opens, credentials pop up, click Ok... Server auto import initiated.

Thanks tzr. I appreciate the trigger, but I'm more concerned that I have a whole top-level menu ("Tools") that's missing! ?

Looks like Help might be missing too?
Is it possible it just got removed from the toolbar somehow? Just right-click somewhere in the toolbar and select customize. Make sure &Tools is included. I just checked my Id remotely and for some reason it was showing up as T&ools in the customize menu.

It's probably related to the skin and size set for the skin. You might want to try a lower percentage for the size in MC's View > Size menu.

Thanks Brad! That did the trick. I don't know how I got to that spot, and frankly, I didn't think the Id menu was customizable, but clearly it is.
