Title: Windows shortcut launches Windows installer each time instead of MC 28

I have an MC 28 pinned to the task bar at the bottom of the screen, and every time I click on it launches teh MC installer. Previously it would just open MC. 

This only happens with MC28. When I restart my machine.

With MC 22, my previous version, it just opens MC22.

Have I got the shortcut pointing to the wrong program?  How do I check that it is pointing to the correct program?

Check to make sure the Shortcut is pointing to Media Center 28.exe and NOT MC28.exe (The Installer)
