Why, when starting JRiver, the memory usage in the Windows task manager is at first higher, then after a couple of seconds it decreases to a stable minimum value? What does he do in the first moment? How to remove this jump, what to disable? Auto-import and other imports in the background are disabled, auto-updates are disabled.

Lots of things.
Try changing the setting in Tools > Options > Startup so that MC starts Media Server on Windows startup. The wiki explains what it does. It should reduce some activity.
But why do you care?
