Title: Feature request: Option to enable native window mode in Windows

With the increasing consistency within Windows' window management, especially in Windows 11 bringing Snap Layouts (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/desktop/modernize/apply-snap-layout-menu (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/desktop/modernize/apply-snap-layout-menu)) into the mix, the need for the option to use native window management for JRiver increases significantly. Pretty common practice, at this point, for applications that have their own window drawing otherwise.
