Title: dialogs sent to wrong zone

Dialogs are not behaving as I think they should.
It's possible I have a wrong setting or expectation.
This issue is not new and has been present for many versions.

Scenario:
1) Video playing on Zone2 display (TV).
2) Zone1 display (monitor) active in Playing Now.
3) Create manual backup.
4) Dialogs prompting to save thumbnails and backup completion confirmation appear on Zone2 display.

I frequently tag media in Zone1 while watching video on Zone2 and this quirk is very irritating.

I think dialogs should be sent to the zone that is active in Playing Now.

Does anyone know a setting or change to my workflow that can force MC dialogs to display on my monitor that is not playing a video?
