Title: registration problem

I recently upgraded to version 28.  I paid with paypal and was charged 22.98.  Now I am getting notified that I need to purchase.  I went to the "find license" page but I do not get any email reply.  I have been using Media Center for many years and I suppose I may have had a different email when I originally purchased, I dont remember.  I didnt receive any license number when I upgraded.

OK I got it this time, installed it and it seems to be OK now.  Thanks a lot.
