Title: REQ: Silent mode for MCWS/v1/LoadDSPPreset
Post by: mattkhan on October 23, 2021, 05:34:55 pm
this function is great, it's just slightly intrusive for live use as it brings the DSP Studio dialog up on top of whatever is currently on screen. For video use, it's not ideal as you then need a keyboard handy to dismiss hte dialog.

It would be nice if this could be avoided, either as an option (e.g. various calls have a NoUI parameter which sounds similar) or as the default behaviour.

If you don't have DSP Studio showing, it won't show.  Could that be a solution?

Means you have made a change for the next build? If not and you mean public builds are already like this, it did not work like that in my experience.

I haven't made any changes, but DSP Studio doesn't show when I run the call.  I just loaded my "Smile" preset with DSP Studio closed and it stayed closed and loaded (when I opened my preset had loaded).
