Title: H.265 HEVC have no subtitles

Is there something I can change to show any subtitles in  H.265 HEVC mkv files

I do not see subtitles when I stream video from the JRiver server to any DLNA device. I was replied this is not a problem but ... a feature in the sense that making subtitles to a movie streamed via DLNA will imply a re-coding of the video overloading the CPU ... I experience the same with VLC media player FYI. the only device which allows that is Videostram, which I was using in place of JRiver (unfortunately videostream has actually issues with the latest Google versions)
