I installed Windows 10 and can play music normally. But when I install the program in Windows 7 it cuts (close Program) , stops playing in 1 minutes every time and says critical error, let me pay SAVE $10 now even though I only installed CODE on 2 computers, will you let me fix it? how is this problem
I play normal music including FLAC. I tried it on MC23, it can play normally. I use the program in Thailand.
* I have Master license Upgrade From MC23

Does MC disappear? If so, that's a crash. Often related to driver problems.
Try the 32 bit version of MC.

My MC23 is 64 bit It no problem for play

I did as you said, installed MC28 at 32BIT, it still can't play for more than 1 minute, program will shut down after 1 minute of playing music.

I've never seen crash got redirected to webpage ... weird
Do you have any antivirus software running?
EDIT: also 28.0.66 is old ... try dowloading 28.0.80 from this forum https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,131073.0.html

Is that jriver's way to tell that this copy is pirated or that file is corrupted from some other reason like errors when downloading, bad mass memory, by bad antivirus behavior etc

You have antivirus software on Windows
10 7? ... BitDefender? ... Norton? ... Kaspersky?
-
While waiting for the answer regarding antivirus/antimalware, I hate to be that person to point out the obvious here, but I will. Part of the issue here might be from running Windows 7, which as everyone knows now is a dead OS. Sooner than later, Media Center will have to move on from supporting Windows 7 - I wouldn't be surprised if Media Center 29 dropped Windows 7 as a supported OS.
For the sake of security alone, nobody should still be running Windows 7, extended support for Windows 7 ended nearly two years ago so no more security patches.

Symantec But I have disabled it and still close the MC28 program.

I use 5 computers in my house and I have one with Windows 7 which I use to listen to music only.
I understand what you're talking about windows7, I'm just asking. Just in case there's a workaround, if not, I'll just go with the MC23, that's all. but if there is a solution It's good, isn't it?

Symantec But I have disabled it and still close the MC28 program.
Symantec like any modern Antivirus do dll injection. Maybe its doing so in crude manner and altering MC files.
Disabling antivirus does not work in most cases ... you have to either uninstall it ... or make exception for MC executables (.exe, .com files in MC folder).
To test that is not antivirus ... uninstall MC, uninstall Symantic ... then install MC and see if that fixes issue
Also ... possible your Windows 7 have some virus/malware that alters MC executables (since Windows 7 is full of security holes)

I removed all antivirus programs I had. can't come to solve this problem at all The symptoms are still the same. Play the song for about 1 minute and turn it off as shown in the picture I sent you.

Here are MD5 checksums of MC 28.0.80
on the left is 64bit version ... on the right is 32bit
see if your MC 28.0.80 have same checksums ... otherwise something might be modifying your files

Did you modify Windows in any way other than antivirus? Reinstalling it might work.
Better to switch to Windows 10 or 11.

Regardless what it says on that page, it's still not a good idea to run an OS what Microsoft discontinued extended support for nearly two years ago and no amount of trying to use system requirements listed on the website is going to change that fact. No matter what, no non-enterprise users should be using Windows 7 anymore because it no longer gets security updates. Once an OS stops receiving security updates, that's basically what a dead OS is and shouldn't be used any longer. And that's not mentioning that as time goes by, features in Media Center will require features and OS components only found in newer versions of Windows.
The bottom line is updating from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 or Windows 10, or replacing Windows 7 with a Linux distro like Linux Mint would be highly recommended instead of continuing to run Windows 7. Nobody should still be running Windows 7 now.

We'll change that next week. It's an oversight on our part.

That's great to hear. While you're at it you might want to add Windows 11 and change Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 to avoid possible confusion.
Speaking of, Windows 8.1 only has a little more than a year of extended support as well (it'll end in January 2023). For those still running it, it might be a good time to start thinking about what you're going to do when extended support ends.
