Title: Special characters when getting information from Internet

Hello
it happens that when sorting fields starting with special characters (example are Ōtomo, Żuławski Nagisa Ōshima ....) I see a comma displayed in the panel columns under director sorted by name

I changed it manually but it seems to me JRiver periodically update the tags without being asked ... is there a way to lock tagging for items I am happy with the existing tags?
