libplacebo wont install. trying to get Fritzbox IPTV working

If a dependency won't install, thats usually a sign of lack of internet connectivity, or a over-eager anti-virus interfering.

nope, tried both firewall and antivir deactivated.Internet connection is there

You can't rely on disabling antivirus.  It often causes problems.  Uninstalling it is the only sure way to prove it's not causing trouble.

What antivirus are you using?  On Win10, we recommend using only Windows Defender.
