Title: Cloudplay - email and password invalid

Hello and thanks in advance for your help.

Cloudplay requires signing in but will not accept my email address or password.  I know the email is correct because that's where the license install key was sent.  I tried resetting password but the email address was invalid.

Someone please help.

It's a different system.  You need to register.
