Title: Web Browser Engine not working properly

I re-installed JRiver 28 today after reloading a new install of windows 7.
I have got the latest version and I was able to activate it but the Web Page doesn't come up and it can't check for updates.
It is not a firewall problem since I shut all security down and it still can't communicate with the internet.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try changing the browser engine that MC uses. 

Tools > Options > Tree & View > Web Browser

You should switch to Win10 or 11.  Win7 is going away.

I got it working but it still can't connect with the update server.
I still have jriver installed on another partition.
Can I copy the other install of 28 into this one and have it take its working settings with it.
