Title: Windows taskbar icon needs to update its image to the currently playing track

Mousing over the Windows taskbar icon when MC is minimized, the small popup image does not update itself until after the full MC window opens.  This lagging behavior (between popup and currently playing audio track) is particularly evident when the popup image includes a single cover art thumbnail, as it does for the Player display tab.

I would like to see the icon's popup image behave like its adjacent text tooltip, namely always stay in sync with the currently playing track thumbnail or other current tab image as appropriate (even when the MC window is minimized).
