Title: Ooops - problem *not* fixed by turning off rip/enc

Sorry, I spoke too soon. The problem I reported earlier under "wma simultaneous rip/enc crashes Media Core and MC" still exists even if simultaneous rip/enc is turned off. However, instead of Media Core and MC crashing, MC9 reports Error 7 when trying to run the encoder dll.
