Title: Unable to Upgrade to latest version from 27 [Solved]

I am unable to receive an upgrade price from ver. 27. I get the error:
Error
This product is no longer for sale.

How do I upgrade?

Download the latest version of MC28.  Install it.  Then try again.

Hi - Getting the same message with upgrade from 24. Do the same - install 28 before upgrade? Are there any config files I should back up, just in case?  Thanks in advance, Chip
