Title: varisou hangs and crashes when audio device is unplugged and plugged back in

JR25 and the latest JR28 (Windows) crash frequently when I stop playback, unplug the device, re-plug the device, and attempt to start playback.

It would be nice to get this fixed.  This happens with WASAPI (the only thing I use).  Does not matter whether it is a USB or BT device.  This should be handled gracefully and the device should be reopened instead of crashing JR.
