Title: Encoding problems after upgrade to version 28

Hi all,

I upgraded my JRiver version 26 to 28, but I encounter encoding problems which I had never encountered before.

Does anyone have a clue on how to solve them?

Attached a screenshot of the problem.

See Audio Setup on the wiki.

Use DSP Studio > Output Settings if necessary to convert formats.

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply.

I already tried as you said but the software tells me I need to compress the files, whereas this is not the case with JRiver 26.

Any suggestions?
