Title: Freezing and Crashing

I was in the middle of an import and listening to a playlist when the program hung, stuttered on a song, froze, then it crashed. I did not get a crash report. When I opened it up again, it did the same thing. I'd appreciate any suggestions for how to fix this. I am probably running the penultimate version.

Have you configured Windows defender? There is a thread here.

I just tried that and it didn't help. I got a program is not responding error message from Windows. I am going to try to reboot this and see if that helps.
