I would love to be able to set specific start and stop times of a song in the next version of JRiver. I find that with some songs there's a significant gap, usually at the end of a song, that I'd love to be able to sort of crop without actually modifying the original file. Other songs can take time to build up where I'd like to set a different start time when playing that track. This has been available in the Music app in macOS or iTunes on Windows for quite some time and I can say for myself I use quite often.
Is there such a feature planned for the future? I can say that this option alone would be enough for me to go ahead and purchase the upgrade to version 29 on Windows.

Set the Playback Range field.
I just set a little test clip to 0:10-0:15 and it plays for 5 seconds.

YES! Thank you Matt so much. That's exactly what I needed. Will be upgrading regardless.
