Title: How to keep MadVR settings always expanded??

I am using JRiver MC 28 with MadVR. Does anyone know if it is possible to keep the MadVR settings tree to always be expanded? Every time I open the settings I have to toggle through the tree to expand them. I am guessing it is an easy solution but it has escaped me so far.

If there was a single top-level node, you could just press '*' on your keyboard and it would expand all sub-nodes, just like in Windows Explorer. But since there are multiple root nodes in the dialog there's no way to do that to all of them in a single step.
