Gentlemen, I've been receiving many promotional emails from you for which I don't have any interest. I have already tried hard to unsubscribe a dozen times, but I keep receiving your messages.

I don't want to receive any of them anymore. Please respect that.

Also, I reached out to [ ] more than once and asked them to remove my email, but I got NO ANSWER AT ALL being simply ignored; that's why I created this topic here.

What do I need to do to stop receiving your unwanted messages? Please advise.

I'd like to remember that  I am a client who bought your product, but I don't want to upgrade it as of right now.

It's almost certain that you have another address that is being forwarded.  Look at the header of the email.

Thanks, it seems to be the exactly my case. For whatever reason I thought I was using my main email address and not an alias.
