Title: JRVR --> Quality Settings (like with ROHQ)

Not surprisingly, there are a few posts of issues getting stable playback from JRVR from users with old and low powered GPUs.  I know there was discussion about having some "pre populated profiles" like we have with ROHQ for a iGPU/Low, Medium, High and I think it would help. 

Another idea (though it would be costly in dev time perhaps) would be an "Auto Mode" where the options are set based on the performance of the GPU?
