It is not a problem for me , but if one uninstalls MC 28 the following folder and subfolders are not deleted:
C:\Users\manfr\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 28
Subfolder e.g.:
C:\Users\manfr\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 28\Cache

Yes - I have noticed this as well - unfortunate that the uninstaller does not clean itself up properly.
I now use Revo Uninstaller to ensure no shred of a prior version is left behind once I make the final move to a new version.
