Title: MC 29 hangs during setup

I've MC 28.0 106 (64 bit) installed in my PC.
I downloaded today MC 29 (64 bit) and started the installation process.
After extracting the files I agreed to the licence and choosed express installation.
Then the following screen was shown - see attachment
What is going on?

Probably caused by overeager security software.

or, it's copying thumbnails from the old version to the new. Be patient, it will come back to you once it's done with that.
