Title: MC wakes Win11 PC from sleep within 15 seconds
Post by: markf2748 on March 27, 2022, 01:07:26 pm
While Media Center 29 is running, I manually put the PC to sleep.  After about 15 seconds it wakes up, even though the Windows Sleep Timer is set for 2 hours.
If I put the PC to sleep with no JRiver processes running, then it stays asleep as expected.

I noticed this only in the last few days.  At some point in this time frame there was an automatic update of BubbleUPnP Server from 0.9-Update42 to 0.9-Update43.  I uninstalled Bubble, but MC still wakes up the PC after 15 seconds.

On a separate Win10 PC which is not running Bubble, there is no MC sleep issue.

Is there any MC setting that prevents the PC from staying in sleep mode?

0.9-update43 seems to have auto-magically fixed itself later today.
No idea how or why, but I'll keep an eye on it.
