Title: Allow changing truncation length for MP3 CD fnames

My MP3 CD player ignores some of the files on MP3 CD's I burned using MC because the names have too many characters in them. I know the length is limited based on the Data CD standards. I would like to be able to make the max length a few characters shorter to accomidate my MP3 player.

How long will the mp3 player allow for a filename?

if there is a limitation on the player maybe this should be an option.

My player ignored any filenames greater than 65 characters including the extension in the length.
