Title: manually added folders not created when burning CD

I manually created folders using the "Add Folder" function on my CD Burner entry under CD, DVD, & HandHelds. When I burned the CD, all the files where in the root but the m3u file contents pointed to files in correspnding subfolders. My rearrange CD folders setting was NONE. I had to change it to one of the other settings so it would create the folders I added when it burned the CD. This was not intuitive. It would have been nice if there was an option to use manually added folders. Also, if the none option isn't going to create the folders, the m3u file should not include the subfolder references since it make the file unusable.
