Title: Subtitles MC29 size and move wont change [Solved]

Since Ive moved to MC29 my subtitles will no longer move up or down or resize anymore when I right click SUBTITLES>SHIFT>UP/DOWN and SUBTITLES>SIZE %.
Can someone please help to get the resizing and moving working again please?
Every other MC version Ive been on always worked perfectly.....

Ive tried to delete this post as Ive finally fixed the issue but there is no delete post button, sorry for the hassle.

In the changeover from MC28 to 29 some of my madvr settings also changed, it was sending the subtitles to outside the black bars, once corrected the sizing and moving started to work from MC29.
