Title: Unable to overwrite/create new video thumbnail

Hello - Screen Grab to File... and Use Screen for Thumbnail are no longer working for me. Clicking on either action doesn't produce a result nor does does the command prompt (mcc 10055,0).  I'm currently using Version 29.0.41. Any advice?

I have this problem too , i can no longer able to use screen grab for thumbnail since jriver 29

please help figure this out cause i use this feature so much

This is a known issue currently, we're working on returning this functionality soon.
