Title: cdmp3 with sleeves inside songs
Post by: zevele10 on March 12, 2003, 07:45:38 am
I use MusicMatch super tags to get tags and sleeves.
All of it work in MC.
Now, if i burn a mp3cd , i do not see the sleeves when playing it.
MC says 'image file inside file' but does not display it.
If i play in Music Match ,i see the sleeve.
I burned one cd from MC and one from MM , same result

Any typ?

PS: to say to play the cds in MM IS NOT a serious answer.........

I made the test and I can confirm the problem: MC is not able to display a cover 'inside' when it plays a song from a CD (data) while it is able to display it when it plays the same file from a DD.

The problem seems to come from the mp3 plugin since properties/format tab displays:

Input plug-in did not return format information.

when the file is played from a CD, and it displays the right information when the file is played from a DD.

Confirmed here too !

Seems like MC does not like images burnt on CDs.
Seems like Zev will need to use MMatch.
Seems like this is not a serious answer.
Since michel already had it on the tête,
Seems like j'vais m'faire plumer...
