Title: Feature request: file marker to skip folder during import

Would it be possible to skip a folder (and subfolders) during Import if there's a file present called ".MCSkipImport" or "MCNoImport.txt" or something like that? Any filename is suitable, perhaps case insensitive for linux.

You can add folders to exclude in the auto import settings.
