Title: Installation Problems

Since last 3 or 4 versions of JRiver , unfortunately I´m not able to install it on my notebook. I have tried everything, including uninstalling anti-virus (Karspersky). My notebook is a Dell/Windows 10/64 bits. I have tried 32 bits also. It extracts the files and: a) on 64 bits version after extracting nothing happens; b) on 32 bits after that the following message: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file" error when you try to install, update or start a program or file...

Did you find a solution? 

It's almost certain to be security software (antivirus, etc.) on your machine.

Configure Windows Defender.  There is a thread about it on this board.
