The next build of MC will include a right-click option on your Removable Drive letter to allow synchronization. This is also available as a plugin (9.0.06) at....

Currently, when you synchronize, subfolders will be created under your drive in a "Playlists" folder. This may or may not work well for some players, so let me know what you think.
