Title: HELP

I need HELP from some source. I bought Mediacenter 9, and almost nothing works. And I don't know how to get any help.  This is the only place I found to turn.

1. I get the Realplayer error and streaming does not work for those files.
2. Any radio station selected, plays a few seconds, then rebuffers and so this function is not useful.
3. Also, when it tries to connect to a server for a plugin, it cannot find a server.
Could someone Please answer so I can get this running, I would appreciate it very much. I suppose I should have investigated the help further before buying:)

you need to install real player, i think there is a link in the FAQ for the version that works.

all the other problems maybe related.

let me see if i can find a link.

This is What The FAQ States:

Why can't I play .ra, .ram, .rm, .rmj, .rmm, .rmx, .rp, or .rv files?

Make sure you have RealPlayer 6+ installed.

I do not think this works with Real One Player, Realnetworks did somthing in the real One code so other players can't use there playback engine
