Title: Can't close a smartlist tab if the smart task is on two panes
Post by: jack wallstreet on November 14, 2022, 12:30:11 pm
This is replicable on my system with different smartlists

1. I have two panes
2. Open a tab with a smartlist on pane 1
3. Open a tab with the same smartlist on pane 2
4. try to close the smartlist on pane 1 - MC becomes unresponsive.

I can't reproduce that.  Any other tips?

If it's a crash, could you share a crash dump?

Thanks.

Matt,  No, not a crash, a hang (don't know if it is forever - I can still close MC, but that is seemingly the only action it lets me do).  Okay, I'll try to get more explicit information to you and broader testing.  May be awhile.  Thanks.

"try to close the smartlist on pane 1 - MC becomes unresponsive."
Yep me too.

I think it happens when the smartlist tab is open and active.
Click and alternative tab (eventually) then I can (sometimes) close the unwanted second tab while is is not open.
hope that helps,
