Title: smartlist with date created or date modified

I'm stomped. :(  What is the format used for entering "date created" or "date modified" when using the wizard to create a smartlist?  I've searched the forum and figured out how to use the unix timestamp used for "date imported" but this and nothing else i've tried works for the other date fields.  I'm trying to create a smartlist of items created/modified within the last 30 days.
