Title: subtitle lag

How do I adjust subtitles.
they are delayed at the moment

If you are using an IR MCE style remote, press up or down arrow until you see Settings > Subtitle Timing > adjust with right/left arrows.

using a mouse and paused the movie, went to subtitle timing  but they is a lot of mili second timing
if they are behind do I go plus or minus
