Title: License Restore Help

Oh Dear,

I keep typing my email address into https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi and it keeps telling me that it will send me my registration code, but alas the minutes have turned to days and no luck.

is anyone else experiencing this delay, can i expect my code anytime soon.

not used the "e-mail my registration" option for a while, but when I have, it's always arrived in minutes.
Things that come to my mind that *might* help....

Do you still use the same e-mail addy that you used when you registered MC?

If you used a web based e-mail such as Hotmail, have you checked in the junk folder? It may have been filtered to there?

Can't think of anything else, if it's none of the above, you'll have to wait for JimH or someone equally knowledgeable in these matters to offer some better suggestions.
Did you try getting MC to fetch your liscence for you? Once that's done, you have the option to manually d'load a copy of the liscence. Remember though, that particular copy will only remain valid for 14 days.
